Our 14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 14 of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
What is your process if a customer is unsatisfied?
Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
Get Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item. (*Note: Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.)
Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and include any original packing slips.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within1-5 business days].

Pallets or any larger items and more then 80lbs
